Players will gather from all over the world for the 2012 European Junior and Ladies' Open events at South West Snooker Academy
South West Snooker Academy, working in partnership with EBSA, is hosting the second staging of the European Junior Open championship (The MIUS Cup) from 27-31 July at the Gloucester Venue.

Unlike most events run by the International Bodies this event is truly Open. Players from anywhere in the world can enter as individuals and there is no need to be selected or nominated by a national governing body.
The format comprises round robin groups followed by knock out rounds. There will be a Plate tournament also a Day of 'Fun' events on the Final Day, ensuring that every player is fully engaged from first day to last.
The inaugural European Ladies Open runs alongside the Junior event, giving Ladies from across the World the opportunity of sampling an international event.
The format is the same as for the Junior event.
